These terms govern use of the NXT100 website scoring service, a product of NXTGEN Studios.

Authorized public pages only

You may submit only public website addresses that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to evaluate. Do not use NXT100 to probe private networks, login areas, protected systems, or content you are not permitted to test.

Diagnostic guidance

Scores and findings are automated, time-specific estimates. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, security, legal compliance, or accessibility conformance. Important decisions require appropriate human review.

Acceptable use

Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent limits, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect the service and its providers.

Paid offers

The price and cadence shown in Stripe checkout control the purchase. The $39 action plan is generated from the saved scan after confirmed payment. The $149 expert audit includes human verification and follow-up using the checkout email. A $249 Fix Sprint deposit is applied toward a focused engagement starting at $499; scope is confirmed before implementation. Monitoring is currently a no-charge waitlist and will not begin recurring billing until the service is operational.

Refunds and billing help

Refunds and cancellations require human review and are handled under applicable law and any written service scope. If a payment is duplicated, delivery fails, or you need to change a service before work begins, contact [email protected] promptly with the checkout email.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may correct inaccurate output. Scan availability depends partly on third-party services and the target website’s ability to be tested.

Ownership

NXT100 branding, interface, scoring presentation, and original content belong to NXTGEN Studios or its licensors. You retain rights in the website and information you submit.
