What we collect

• The public website address you submit, the evidence collected, and the resulting technical score.
• Your email address only when you choose to request an action plan, monitoring, or another offer.
• First-party product events such as scan starts, completions, offer selections, and checkout readiness. A random browser-session value is stored only as a one-way hash; event records do not include the website or email address.
• Basic operational and security logs created by our hosting providers, which may include device, browser, and network information.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to run and improve the service, preserve scan and lead records, respond to requests, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, and measure which parts of the product are useful.

Service providers

NXT100 may send the submitted public URL to Google PageSpeed Insights for analysis. Hosted infrastructure serves the product and stores records, Stripe hosts checkout and billing management, and Resend may deliver requested or operational email when configured. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by NXT100. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Email

If you request access or an offer, we may email you about that request and closely related NXT100 services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Transactional or requested follow-up may still be sent when necessary.

Retention and choices

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, accounting, and legal obligations. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of your contact record, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request.

Children and sensitive information

NXT100 is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit passwords, private URLs, health information, payment data, or other sensitive information through the scan or contact fields.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
